Delete your account

From the app

• Vamo: open Profile and tap Delete Account. Your account and its data are deleted right away.
• Vamo Host: open Settings and tap Delete account. We delete your account and its data within 7 days, and sign you out right away.

By email

Email us from the address on your account and tell us which app you use. We delete your account within 7 days and reply once it's done.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details: name, email and phone number
• Your profile, photos, favorites and preferences
• Vendor and host profiles you own, with their locations, menus, markets and branding

What we keep

• Records of payments, refunds and host payouts. We keep them for as long as tax and accounting law requires, up to 7 years, then delete them.
• Stripe, which processes card payments, keeps its own copy under its privacy policy.
